have tried 3 times to install this upgrade. Get the same message every time that default location could not be found.

I installed Win2000 on a WinXP spec Vaio PCV-2222 series PC. The header type Win-Modem needed a driver and Sony didn't have one. Tried this and it worked 1st time.
