  Pros

  + Strong ETL-functionality per drag and drop - these capabilities enables business users for real self-service-BI + top price + many file formats and databases (read and write) + I do not know any other tool, which enables user to share datamarts in QlikView and Tableau :-)

  Cons

  - old-fashioned GUI (but that doesn't matter)

  As I already mentioned: This tool enables business users for real self-service-BI, as they can transform data per drag and drop to their needs for further visualizations in Excel, QlikView, Tableau, etc.

  Pros

  I like the simplistic approach and the fact that if you have an idea then the DB software techies are quick to respond to our needy demands!

  Cons

  A little bit quirky in places but this isoover shadowed by the excellent support

  Pros

  High in functionality, simple to setup and maintain. Support is first rate both in response and in fixes to support my business needs. Ability to upgrade and manage the underlying respository is very good.

  Cons

  To get the most out of the product, you need to spend time tweaking the packages. Some of the best features aren't obvious, but I'm sometimes too lazy to check the manuals and the forums!

  Summary

  Provides me with the automation and flexibility that I need to support my customers with different database types, and even once the full cost of the product is concerned, cost is a minor factor. This product is massively improving our ability to increase what we do for our customers.
