Version: Acronis Snap Deploy 3.0
"Version 2 was terrific but tech support is appalling"
Pros: Allows imaging of networked systems.
Cons: Convoluted and poorly documented image build process.
LAME customer service. Takes 6 weeks to respond to email.
Version upgrade from 2-3 means that new systems must use v3. Older systems need to be upgraded to V3 if reimaged.Summary: Initially, I purchased the product because to image 10 new Dell systems. The network component works okay but sometimes will not work with multiple computers. New releases from Dell are frequently not included in SnapDeploy's database so support is ... read more >>
