Version: Acronis Migrate Easy 7.0
Pros: After wasting 12 hours with Norton Ghost 9.0 (which I paid for) I tried Acronis Migrate Easy free trial. Ghost would not make my new hard drive bootable. Migrate worked perfecly the first time. The trial is good for 15 days only but who cares? It only took me a couple hours to copy my 60GB HDD to a 160GB disk.
Cons: nothing

Version: Acronis Migrate Easy 7.0
"Great piece of software, does the simply and easily."
Pros: Easy to use even in 'manual' mode.
Takes care of the entire job from start to finish, including sorting the MBR for the new disk.
None of this messing about with a windows 98 Start Up Disk like some software I have used before!
Highly recommended

Version: Acronis Migrate Easy 7.0
Pros: It has a nice UI
Cons: I have a Dell XPS laptop. I was trying to clone a 60 GB laptop drive to a new hard drive housed in an external USB enclosure. I tried this twice, with two new hard drives -- a 160 GB and a 250 GB, both which my BIOS supported.
Acronis True Image actually reduced the drive's capacities on both occasions to the capacity of the source drive. I dont mean that there was unpartitioned space -- the BIOS, Windows Disk Management and even Acronis reported that there was only 47 (out of 60 GB total on an unformatted drive) available after cloning.
I had to return both drives.
If its cloning you want to do, I suggest "DriveImage-XML" a freeware utility that actually worked the first time for me after 2 solid weeks of frustration and running around to return drives to stores trying to use Acronis.
Their tech support sucks too, by the way.

Version: Acronis Migrate Easy 7.0
"Worked flawlessiy as promised."
Pros: Moved a complex configuation to a larger drive with no problem
Cons: Needed better instruction on how to use when you are also using a slave drive (Slave had to be present and moved to secondary IDE in place of CD-ROM).

Version: Acronis Migrate Easy 7.0
Pros: I needed to clone my old hd to a new one. With Migrate Easy I cloned my hd to a larger one and made a new partition using unallocated space on it for a new os(Linux). I didn't lose my data!!!
