A4 Image Video Converter is an image-to-video, video-to-image and Flash-to-image converting software. You can use it to create your own video files from separate image files and audio files. You can also extract all frames of a video or Flash file into separate image files with this tool. There are many advanced features in Image Video Converter such as image files list, cutting-extracting images, batch conversion and more. The following video formats are supported: 1. AVI (DivX, XviD, MS MPEG4, Uncompressed, Cinepak and other); 2. MPEG (MPEG1, MPEG2 and MPEG4 Video); 3. WMV; 4. FLASH FLV. The following audio formats are supported (Create video from): 1. MP3; 2. Version 6.8 adds Flash video to images conversion, can mix audio when convert images to video.

How's this for a screenshot? This program takes digital images and transforms them into video, and vice versa. A straightforward interface has little character but sufficient features to make the process easy to complete. For video creation, all you have to do is drop files into the main window, adjust for frames per second and screen size, and choose video format--and you're set. Although the program claims to support AVI, MPEG, and WMV files, we only were successful in getting Image Video Machine to recognize AVI. To cut images from video, select file format, images per second, and then file destination. You also can view all completed projects, whether video or image, through the program. For quality video or image projects, we recommend giving Image Video Machine a test run.
