2 Apple devices, 1 software. Transfer the videos, songs, photos, sms, contacts etc. between my iPod and iPhone. Manage multiple iOS devices on 1 computer. So easy!
Cons
It will be better if it can support iPad.

Overall it is a great iPod manager that lets me manage my iPhone files easily and efficiently. It can transfer songs and movies between iPod and Computer with a few clicks. But as an iPhone file transfer utility it needs some serious improvements. I had hard time using it to transfer my iPhone text messages. Also, at times it does not recognize/detect my iPhone running on iOS 6.

For iPhone I would recommend CopyTrans or iPhone to PC Transfer: www.iphone-to-pc.com (works perfectly with my iPod too).

"Unsatisfactory performance, bad customer support."

It does some of the functions described like voice memo transfer, pictures, notes, etc.
Cons
It would NOT transfer my iphone 4 messages. It kept hanging up for a while and then saying, "Failed Operation." I got other errors like that with apps even though the apps seemed to transfer over. When I emailed them for support I got emails in Chinese-translated English that never offered a solution to the problem even after I sent them the info they requested (screenshots and versions. When I asked them if they got my info that said no and to resend, so I did. A week later I still am nowhere with them and have requested a refund with no response. Feeling taken and should have paid a little more and gone with something else like Touch Copy which has more features.
Summary
Update: After a number of emails they finally refunded me the full amount.

I want to get the songs and videos on my new iPhone 5 from iPod Touch. This software support multiple iOS devices. I connect iPod Touch and iPhone 5 to the software simultaneously, and transfer files from iPod Touch to iPhone with dragging and dropping. So easy!
