It contains information that controls how your system appears and how it behaves. Problems with the Windows Registry are a common cause of Windows crashes and error messages. These problems can occur for many reasons, including components being left behind after uninstallation or the incorrect removal of software, missing or corrupt hardware drivers, or orphaned start-up programs.
This software uses a highly intelligent engine to scan your computers registry for invalid registry entries. After the scan is complete, it can show you a full list of errors, allowing you to choose the invalid entries to remove. It offers an integrated backup feature, so you can restore the registry in case your cleanup operations cause any problems. Version 1.5 is Vista compatible, adds 'Empty Registry Keys' section, new option to create system restore point and new option to ignore missing files on removable drives.
