Used 123 PDF Creator for Windows?
Editors’ Review
This program converts a variety of file formats to PDF files. We hit a few bumps at the beginning, but ultimately, it proved to be a valuable file conversion tool.
When we first installed 1-2-3 All to PDF, we encountered a few error messages. Luckily, we were able to bypass them and move on to the main interface, which can be accessed by right-clicking on the file you wish to convert. The program can also be accessed through your Print interface. Once activated, the user interface is fairly straightforward. All we had to do was select the location to save the PDF. More advanced options let you add a creation date and time, a watermark, and even encryption. Once we clicked the Create PDF Now button, our Word file was immediately converted to a PDF and saved to our choice location. Likewise, we were able to successfully convert other file formats, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and even an Illustrator file. The Merge feature let us easily combine several files into one with the click of our mouse.
The program would certainly benefit from putting a link to the publisher's Help page. Instead, we had to search for the HTML file in the program folder. Also, we would have liked to have seen a more generous trial, rather than the 10-conversion limit. Still, if you're looking for an easy way to convert files to PDFs, this program is worth a try.
