ZIP Code Distance Wizard for Windows

User Reviews

• Provides "as the bird" flies distances between ZIPCodes

  April_FargoApril 10, 2013

  Pros

The program has two main feateures: 1) It allows you to enter a ZIP code and then specify a radial distance in miles, then returns all the ZIP codes within that range. 2) You can enter a primary central ZIP Code and a list of one or more ZIP codes and the program will return the distance between the central ZIP code and all the other ZIP codes that you have entered. Data can then be exported to disc or copied to the Windows Clipboard. The program is fast and simple to use.

  Cons

The distances provided are "as the bird flies" distances. They are not roadway distances, IOW, the distances aren't to be used to calculate travel time or road mileage.
