• Even their tech dept couldn't help get it installed

  The marketing hype looked very promising and the tech department was responsive.

  Cons

  Bottom line is I could never get it installed on Vista Home Premium.

  Summary

  Emailed their tech department multiple times with error messages as they came up. They sometimes offered solutions that were impossible to implement because the software would never finish installation through the setup process. They claim it works and my system has some unknown software that must be conflicting. I had only the necessary apps running during installation an no virus app running either.

  First they tried to "K Mart" blue light special us. They offered a half price or very lowered price pitch you had to take before you left the first page to evaluate the software or download to look at, even for a few minutes. Sounds a lot like a RSS Feed software program we bought which actually caused our web site hits to go down. <p> <p>The programmi s "Darth Vader" in nature, Almost impossible to use. In another review I see that the person who actually bought the program could not get answesr to questions. This is typical of scam operations. They push hard to get your money and then there is no concern if what you bought wiorks, Anyone who falls for this type marketing should be interested in the bridge that we have for sale. This is a real hard push company and they try every trick to get you to buy without any trial. They use the typical hype associated with many other quack offers. <p> <p>We downloaded and it was a nightmare to try to use the software.

  There is nothing Pro about this product or the people behind it.

  This is possibly one of the worse products I have ever bought. I have now spent the first 3 weeks of ownership trying to get an answer to ONE technicle glitch that keeps the product from functioning as it is suppose to. They advertise the fastest response to tech questions on the web..HOURS NOT DAYS. This is a falsehood of major proportions. They take days to respond and there is no other way to contact them then by email. So you will wait and wait and then get an answer from someone who has no idea of the product. I have read some of the POSITIVE reviews listed here and they all must be from relatives and friends of the company cause I found no truth anywhere to match my horror experience. Save your money....and your valuable time. DONT BUY ZEUS.

  There are NO PROS to this product. It is a rip off of major proportions. They take days to respond to support questions and even then they have no clue.

  Cons

  Stay away. This product seems like the end all be all but it is full of bugs. The directory does not work. The support is a joke. They claim support questions answered in HOURS NOT DAYS...this is a joke. You will wait days and then you will get an answer telling you to go search their help and FAQ files for the answer. Even when they do respond its usually like someone scrathing their head. They just dont know their product. The developer, a guy named David, responds fast to your initial PRE BUY questions...once they have your money...you will hear crickets. I am now reporting them to my credit card company to make sure I get my money back as stated in their guarantee. You can do a better and faster job using google and your own brain power.

  I have succesfully run the old version for over 7 years. A few months ago I upgraded to a pro version. Have spent many hous on it and read every thing I could get with their support files etc. Still can't get it to run properly. It will find and get links but it will not create a directory correctly nor will it FTP. Just freezes. I am tearing my hair out with it to no avail. Finally I changed the folder name and tried to install a new version, guess what? It wont install. Tells me it's not compatible. I run windows xp. So now I am looking for a refund, don't hold your breathe. It'squicker and easier to build a directory by hand. I am an editor with a major directory and can list dozens more sites a day than I can get with Zues. Forget it people.

  Support is terrible! No phone, Email only, They advertise minute responce but the average response was about 48 hours, and they treat you like you just dared to ask the Wizard of Oz a question. Example: I (experienced web desinger/SEO/multiple e-commerce site owner)installed a script the way it was stated in the setup files. I reinstalled it for 3 days till I finally just broke down and asked support. Apparantly it was a hard question for them, because 72 hours later they finally responded with wanting more information. Another day later the reply comes back stating that I should read the help files, that they just can't do this for free!? (1)st of all I know all thier website support files by heart, ALL 44 F.A.Q.'s. The subject itself barely made it there.(2) The reply was so far off, I dont even think the email was read, because obvious things were missed.(3)The password protected support wouldn't log in, even After resending the Password & Copy & Pasting it in. 4)After paying for it, My Zeus displays Pro version under properties but tells viewers that it was free, and who to contact to purchase it. (5) They advertise minute responses, but wasted days 4-5 days of my time when I was asked by them for additional information and waited for a day, to be told read that I should read the help file, and that they cant do this for free. Bait & Switch? It says right on thier site before you purchase to ask them if you have any problems. I heard Arelis is better, but dont know yet for sure.

  As you all probably already know, building a good link directory is not a quick and easy thing. Zeus has taken the seemingly impossible work and made in completely automated. I run 5 different link directories with my Zeus and have tailored the optional Pro user templates to each link directory. Everything is made easy and kept organized. Getting to know Zeus is a little bit of work but with Cyber-Robotics' support website with knowledge base, all the information is right at our finger tips. You can even fill out a trouble ticket and have your questions answered personally. I would usually get a response within a day or less! Thank you for making my work so much more efficient and to those of you who think you can create a link directory using Outlook and Google alone, I hope you have a lot of time and patients.
