Registered User to Registered User:

Transaction time is instant and irrevocable.

Enter mobile number of the recipient;

the system will call details of the recipient, name, and picture (if any), this prevents sending money to the wrong recipient;

Enter the amount and proceed;

Both the sender and receiver will receive SMS notifications with transaction details.

Registered User to Unregistered User:

Transaction time is instant and irrevocable;

Enter mobile number of the recipient;

the system will inform the sender that the recipient is not registered onZCF;

Enter the amount and proceed;

The recipient will receive an SMS with e-voucher code; The recipient can withdraw cash with the 6 digits number e-voucher or pay directly at registered merchants or wherever ZCF is accepted;

Both the sender and receiver will receive SMS notifications with transaction details.

Redeeming e-voucher:

A user will show e-voucher number to the merchants;

merchant will insert it into his ZCF portal (Redeem Voucher);

the system will show details of the e-voucher, amount etc.;

merchant will proceed;

e-voucher amount will be credited to merchant account;

Both the sender and receiver will receive SMS notifications with transaction details.

Unregistered User to Registered User:

An unregistered user can send money to ZCF User through the agent;

A sender will visit ZCF agent with his ID/ Passport;

The sender will provide ZCF Recipient mobile number;

an agent will initiate a transaction using the recipient mobile;

the system will call recipient name;

The agent will insert the senders names and mobile number;

the sender will give cash to the agent;

the agent will send the requested amount to a recipient;

agent wallet will be debited, and recipient wallet will be credited;

Sender, Recipient, and Agent will receive SMS notifications with Transaction details.

Unregistered User to Registered User:

An unregistered user can send money to ZCF User through the agent;

The sender will visit ZCF agent with his ID/ Passport;

The sender will provide ZCF Recipient mobile number;
