Want to quickly stretch a specific area of the body? 16 quick stretch videos get right down to it, so you can release tension in the most common areas athletes carry it. Getting more involved, there are 2 warm ups, and 5 full area-specific yoga routines, and a cool down. Alyssa performs the movements right along with you. Sun salutation sequences. Sun Salutations are used in yoga to connect with your breath & warm up the body to prepare for deeper stretching. Included are 2 different sequences. As her physical body began to heal, she noticed shifts in her emotional & mental state. She recognized quickly that yoga not only repaired her body & focused her mind, but improved her overall athletic performance. Alyssa began teaching yoga in 2006 and holds an E-RYT Yoga Alliance Certification. She is passionate about yoga anatomy, injury prevention & healing through yoga.
