It's a great idea

Suddenly, it's no longer available for sale. Quite a few glitches, customer service is only by online console and is often not useful. File compatability is exremely limited. Doesn't play well with MSOffice. We've tried to use it for two years and keep hitting brick walls. I absolutely love the idea, but I really am tired of the reality.
