The XSL to XSLT Converter Version 1.1 upgrade is compatible with the MSXML 3.0 and 4.0 releases and enables you to take advantage of the new XSLT features included in the release. Running MSXML 3.0 in replace mode enables you to take full advantage of the latest XSLT features in the MSXML 3.0 parser. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
