XML Gateway for Windows

XML Gateway COM is middleware that transfers data between XML documents and relational databases (using OLE DB or ODBC), Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, or text files (CSV, tab-delimited). XML documents can reside on the file system, a Web site, FTP site, message queue and Web services. Built entirely on the Microsoft COM technology Gateway .NET COM consists of two main parts.

The first part is XML Gateway COM DLL to provides a powerful and a comprehensive set of XML interfaces that allow developers to build high-performance XML-based applications that provide a high degree of interoperability with other applications that adhere to the XML 1.0 standard. The second part is XML Gateway COM Client Tool to provides a set of tools that lets you extract, transform, and consolidate data from disparate sources into single or multiple destinations. By using XML Gateway tools to graphically build modules you can create custom data movement solutions tailored to the specialized business.
