I am a xilisoft fan and use xilisoft YouTube video converter for long time. Recently, i found that the YouTube video converter has been upgraded to version 5. The new version is much powerful than the old one. It not only can convert YouTube downloaded video but also can convert local video from your computer.

I have tried several YouTube video down-loader, but there is always this or that problem such as conversion failure or some video cannot download. My friend is a xilisoft fan,and she recommend me xilisoft video converter ,and the results indicate it is great!

I am a YouTube video fan. Xilisoft YouTube Video Converter helps me successfully downloaded several videos and at the same time, convert them to iPad compatible format. Then i use iTunes sync it to my iPad.

A very good YouTube video management tool for download and conversion YouTube video. And support conversion to iDevice video format such as iPad ,iPhone and iPod.
Cons
If it can sync the converted file to iDevice directly that will be better. But it doesn't matter ,i can use iTunes.
