• I loss $50 by buying this low quality application

  Pros

  The only good thing is that you will find it on download.com.

  Cons

  It will not recognize the ipod...and it is a new one. It wont open after the so great upgrade. I have try everything and the last thing to try is to reinstall. I've been using application since 1989 and this one is by far the lowest on quality and feature. And besides that, it is really expensive.

  Wonderful iPod/iPhone manager to transfer, backup and manage music, movies, photos, books and iPhone ringtones! I also tried iPod Magic Platinum, even better.

  Free trial version.

  Cons

  This program was slow to load and had problems recognizing my iPod. It only allows you to transfer 100 songs from your iPod to computer and does not have any sort of status bar or pop up letting you know when the process is complete.

  Summary

  If I would have known this was the trial version I wouldn't have downloaded it. After using the program, I have no desire to buy the full version.

• Does what it says it will do - easily

  Pros

  Easily transferred music (650 songs) using this program to a second computer. Very intuitive interface.

  Cons

  Initially had difficulty recognizing an attached Itouch. The version on CNET was not the newest version. Once I downloaded the newest version, it worked flawlessly.

  Summary

  Good value. Would have given 5 stars if not for having to download the newer version.
