  Pros

  Once installed easy to use. Live preview screen lets you see what effect your changes are having.

  Cons

  Debatable how useful some of them are but they are free and work well. Can be a bit fiddly to install. You need to read your image editing software "Help" function to make your you install them in the correct directory so you can access them.

  Summary

  Overall it is difficult to quibble. They're free and work very smoothly and efficiently.
