  Pros

  automatically checks for updated versions, lets you brows and download from a huge selection and offers support for mods that not found in the regular selection, such as mods you made yourself!

  Cons

  it can be a little slower than some other add-on managers.

  Summary

  I've been using this program for a few months now. and I have to say it is by far the best one I've seen. yes, it is better than the curse client. and I say that as an experienced user, curse has a tendency to crash or not load at all, while WoWMatrix just works!

  This program could compromise your WoW account. While it is not malware itself it could very easily execute keyloggers that it could download.<p>Why be suspicious?;<p>The code is not open source<p>I can't see where the files are being downloaded from (are they straight from the developer or mirrors from wowmatrix?)<p>The site has no community (forums)<p>The site has "testimonials" from people using their IRL name . . . yeah right.<p>Until they change their operating model I would not trust this piece of software

  Pros

  Works with a good portion of the well known addons, and is great for that. Very clean interface, and easy-to-use feel. Still better than using multiple programs, or searching multiple sites.

  Cons

  But there are still alot out there that most people use that this program doesn't have.
