The World Resource String Editor is an add-in for Visual Basic 6.0, with the ability to view and edit resource strings in non-western languages. The Add-In is targeted at Windows 2000. Japanese and Korean text can be input using the Windows 2000 Input Method Editors. An additional feature is Import from and Export to an Excel File.
