WordScale Text Capture SDK for Windows

Easily add text and word capture to your application with the WordScale Text Capture SDK. Captured Text can be saved in plain text or Rich Text Format (RTF) so all text attributes are retained (Color, Size, and Font). Capture single or multiple words and use the rest of the line as context. Text can be captured from the following applications and window types: Windows applications, FireFox, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF files), Office, Open Office, Command Prompt Windows, Dialog Boxes, Message Boxes and Java applications. Text capture and screen scraping is extremely fast. WordScale provides a COM interface which is accessible using: C++, C#, VB# .NET, Visual Basic and JavaScript. WordScale SDK includes a set of APIs to select text from screen using mouse or other pointing device. The SDK comes with complete samples which demonstrate how to use the SDK and its APIs.
