Although it's not user-friendly at first glance, this program lets you store frequently used text on your clipboard for later use.

Woocha Multi-Clip Clip Board fails to create a desktop shortcut, and once you access the application, it launches with a confusing interface filled with buttons. You'll need to make a quick visit to the help guide to learn how things work.

The program allows you to group frequently used text according to your needs. You can then add text items to each group by right-clicking the buttons. To easily identify content, Woocha Multi-Clip Clip Board allows you to name each button. Clicking the buttons effectively places content on the clipboard for pasting purposes. A hot key function for quick access to the application would have eased this convoluted process. Nonetheless, once you get used to its function, this freeware can be a useful tool for any user who needs quick access to text.

Does what I wanted quite well

Pros
SImplicity of use (yes you have to read the 3 line help file). I liked the fact that you can specify different categories with completely different sets of data. Very helpful.
Cons
It needs a hot-key to activate and minimize to tray option.
Summary
It's very easy to use and is great for typing commonly used text such as return address and hard to format text such as "REALTOR® - Associate Broker"

We use this at my work. About 5 or 6 of us use it in the office and I don't know what we would do with out it. It's easy to use and fast.

Pros
At first, I was a bit confused about how the software works, but then I check out the help menu, and the rest is history. THe program saves me a ton, just a ton of time when I submit my websites to seach indexes online. I just sit down and paste right from the clip board
Cons
The one thing I would improve is the description on how it works, but once you check out the help menu, you should be fine. Also their customer service response to emails is pretty good
