  Pros

  SImplicity of use (yes you have to read the 3 line help file). I liked the fact that you can specify different categories with completely different sets of data. Very helpful.

  Cons

  It needs a hot-key to activate and minimize to tray option.

  Summary

  It's very easy to use and is great for typing commonly used text such as return address and hard to format text such as "REALTOR® - Associate Broker"

  Pros

  We use this at my work. About 5 or 6 of us use it in the office and I don't know what we would do with out it. It's easy to use and fast.

  I can't think of any cons.

  Pros

  At first, I was a bit confused about how the software works, but then I check out the help menu, and the rest is history. THe program saves me a ton, just a ton of time when I submit my websites to seach indexes online. I just sit down and paste right from the clip board

  Cons

  The one thing I would improve is the description on how it works, but once you check out the help menu, you should be fine. Also their customer service response to emails is pretty good
