  Doesn't work, no tech support, no email ... nothing. I can't get to first base and tried for an hour!

  I have been using the Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate since its version 5.x. It is very fast and multi files can be converted at the same time. I recently downloaded the version 6.8. It is quite wonderful, the video trim function become more powerful than before and I like the self-input start time and end time very much. The time line which I can drag the video playing time become more smooth. The output file size is not very big but with a quite good video quality. To conclude, it is a simple but very powerful video converting software.

  I have been using Wonder-share's Ultimate Converter for Mac for more than three years. It is a powerful, reliable software package that lives up to all that is promised. It is outstanding value for money. In addition, it has never failed to convert the largest of files I have thrown at it.

  It handles pretty much anything you throw at it (including DVDs) and then spit it back out in a new format. It's well-polished, solid, reliable, and just an overall pleasure to use. Really love it and recommend it to all movie lovers, go to have a try!

  Pros

  The speed and quality of compression coming out of this software is nothing short of amazing. We pulled 720p down to 960x540 and it looks fantastic. Compression was very quick, the file reduced from 12.8GB to 200MB, and we were able to meet very tight deadline. Awesome's an overused word, but we were definitely in awe at what Video Converter Ultimate can do!

  I D/L the trial to see if it would "really" take sections out of DVD's. It works so simply, it's child's play. I bought the full version with no problems. I also use it to convert audio files and make ring tones for iPhone. It also takes audio and visual from online flash players. Using your video editor you can then edit exactly what you want, even splitting the audio from DVD's.

  Video Converter Ultimate for Mac saved last Saturday night: My son came over to watch a move when I realized my DVD player was out of order. Luckily, with VCUM I quickly converted the movies to fit his PSP and with a video out cable, we watched it all on the big screen!
