The issue was due to the new Android OS upgrade, it requires additional security to connect to Bluetooth device. It took us quite a while because of the issues somehow linked to the telcos. For example, the Vibease device works fine on Samsung S7 from T-Mobile but it doesn't work on some Samsung S7 from Verizon.
