This program allows you to change the look and feel of the Windows GUI, including desktop wallpapers, icons, cursors, IE skins, folders, visual styles, and OEM information. You can put your name in the system tray, and adjust the transparency level of your taskbar and it won't slow your computer down while you work or play.
