It completely preserves the converted HTML layout for most of the HTML pages I have tried, no matter what HTML and CSS tags I have used and I have used it to convert urls from internet, HTML strings and HTML streams to PDF and everything worked from the first try. The HTML to PDF conversion result can be customized in many ways by adding headers and footers, changing the PDF page size and orientation, etc.
