It's hard not to like Winnie the Pooh. This screensaver flips though 18 images taken from Disney's series of Winnie the Pooh cartoons. However, the image quality often seems to be surprisingly poor. The screensaver itself offers a broad set of features, allowing users to control the interval between images, transition effects, image size, and background color. A few special effects, such as viewing an image in sepia tone, are included. Any image can be put on the desktop, and floating sticky notes ("Out to lunch," for instance) can be displayed along with the screensaver. We aren't impressed with the screensaver-configuration utilities that were included along with the download, but if you're a Winnie the Pooh fan, this software may be worth a look despite its flaws.
