Although this sparse application does let you hide active windows, it's too much hassle to do so. WinMag Secret displays currently active windows in an elementary-looking interface with corresponding icons that indicate the visibility status of each window. To hide a particular window, you have to double-click the entry from the list. Likewise, to reactivate a window, double-click the entry. You can show all windows or hide all windows by accessing the system-tray icon. However, no hot keys are available in the trial version. Additionally, the options menu was light on options; we had no clue as to what the Make a window active feature is because there is no help file. All told, this application doesn't make hiding windows an easy process and won't appeal to many users.
