WinEst PlanX Pro is a downloadable time based (pay-as-you-use) estimating tool, which enables estimators to perform complete estimates, using onscreen takeoff technology, multiple database options, and a powerful cost estimating tool. The software incorporates WinEstimator's innovative on-screen takeoff technology, known as WinEst Virtual Takeoff, enabling an estimator or contractor to perform quantity takeoffs directly on their PC screen using digital images of plans and blueprints. Virtual Takeoff enables contractors to easily and quickly create estimates. WinEst PlanX Pro is designed with the small contractor, remodelor, and the specialty contractor in mind. Now you can quickly perform quantity takeoff from plans in digital format, do an estimate and create reports or quotes on-screen anywhere at any time. Now you can use the same software as the large contractors but without the need for capital investment, training, and time.
