I have a portable MP3 player this program lets me record hours of my favorite radio station, or audio off the cable TV music channels in mp3, or wma formats. I also use it in recording live events and voice in wave format for radio station production. When I first bought WinADR August 2002 one complaint was that it did not have an automatic level control for when I recorded audio from internet radio the connection could be lost and hours of nothing was recorded, however this has now been corrected, with a free update, this could also be use for recording phone conversations and can be set to make a new file every time it stopped with a time and date stamp. I have recorded over 100 hours on a single file. When I first installed I did have problems I removed it from my computer downloaded a new copy and it has worked fine. I looked for a long time for a program like this. I am very happy.

I tried and it doesn't work. I'm using 98SE and playing Quicktime 6.4. and when I recorded it only came out as a fuzz - no sound at all!

Summary
Tried to use this app but it wouldn't work as expected. Checked all the settings but no luck. Looked at the online help and it didn't even match with the UI! Then encountered a fatal error with the 'record and pause' function. Big disappointment!
