WFM reader is a simple application to read WFM file that produced by Tektronix/Rigol oscilloscopes. It has a tabbed interface with zooming/Scrolling abilities. It features legend with Min/Max, CSV / Image exporting, full Source Code, WFMReader Library for easy access to the data in WFMs, and rectUtils library for easy manipulation with rectangles, points and ranges.
