If swimming is what you are looking for, then look no further. Our Olympic pool is kept at 80 degrees year round and is scheduled predominately for lap swimming. We offer early morning, lunchtime and evening masters workouts 7 times per week. Members also have access to our group exercise studio. Classes include Yoga, TRX, Resistance Strength and Stretching, and more.
