Weather Talk is easy to set up. Just enter your name and the ZIP code where you live. Then set the times when you want Weather Talk to announce the current temperature. You can optionally select other weather conditions such as wind, humidity, barometric, visibility, sunrise/sunset.

Weather Talk is a decent program. Not very High-Tech.

Pros
Provided a detailed report of weather in any zip code you would like. It was very easy to use and had a nice built in alarm feature to provide weather at any point throughout the day.
Cons
This program lacked the advanced features I was looking for. The interface was easy to use but wasn't nice to look at and thats always a good point for selling.
