We have been using this software for over a year as the primary method of watching routers, servers, services, etc. on our network. The program is extremely easy to use, and reliably notifies us by e-mail to our cell phones. Great tool!!! I recommend it highly.

I loved this product. I could configure it to monitor a device or system precisely the way I wanted to! I found that it is priced at about 1/2 to 1/4 the price of its competitors. The company has a low price guarantee against its major competitors too. Theit technical support was very responsive too.

This is a fabulous program, but it's priced too high. Should allow unlimited pinging of devices and license the other options at a much lower price. My network config would cost over 25K! 1-2K would be a reasonable investment to monitor 20-30 nodes instead of 25K.

Monitor your computer systems and networks.

Monitor all types of software applications, computer systems (including IP based systems, IP services, file servers, application servers, electronic mail servers, databases), and network devices (modem/remote access systems, routers and other hardware devices) for intermittent and consistent failures.

If a failure is found, it can send a page, send an e-mail message, send a MSN instant message, populate and submit Web forms, execute a program, restart/reboot a PC, control (start, stop, or restart) a local or remote NT service, post a Web page, send a SNMP trap. Version 9.1 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
