Editors’ Review
It's an alternative to the more popular programs that dominate the market, but there's nothing in this freeware that will compel you to switch from your current browser.
WA Browser didn't make a very good first impression. A really annoying pop-up window, set to stay on top of other windows, immediately asks you to register. It can be closed with a single click, but it was irritating nonetheless. The sidebar in the browser window looks more like an advertisement. Also known as the GoBar, it has the exact same navigational buttons as the toolbar, and there seems little reason for the extra clutter. The program offers links to various Go sites, but each link went to a Web page that contained an error message. No content could be found. We were able to add sites to our favorites list, but thats about it.
There's nothing here that stands out with this free browser. If you're looking for a change, skip this one in favor of a browser with more options.
