Simulate a scroll wheel.

Virtual Scroll Wheel can simulate a scroll wheel from a wheelmouse. You can use this for example on a laptop with a touchpad that just has two mousebuttons but no physical scroll wheel or scroll area. With an easy double right click Virtual Scroll Wheel gets active and you can "rotate" the wheel by moving the mouse up and down. One more click and Virtual Scroll Wheel gets inactive and you can use your touchpad as usual. The demo version is limited to 10 minutes of use. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

Impractical Design & Expensive

A great idea, claims to do everything I've been looking for.
Cons
Method for activation conflicts with other mouse functions. (As the other reviewer found) ...and &#163;15.00, really?!

<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on May 31, 2013<p/>The "&#163;" you see in my review was a GBP (pounds sterling) symbol that this page couldn't render. It's not a replacement for an expletive. GBP15.00 is way to expensive for an app like this.

Pros
A brilliant idea which would be very very useful in a game!
Cons
Trying to activate Virtual Scroll Wheel seems simple, but right clicking loads the context menu which makes it impossible to scroll, explorer windows, notepad, and games it dosn't seem to work. However this could just be my notebooks hardware!
