This app helps airline crew to locate their pick-up vehicle easily at the airport or from their hotel room, when airlines use the Universal Transport System to book ground transfers for their pilots and flight attendants. Airline crew members download the app and register themselves. Thereafter, on landing at any airport in the USA, the crew member has to select the airport they are at, and enter their flight number. They will be able to view a map on which they can see where their vehicle is at that time. No more calling customer service and worrying if their pick-up sedan or van is stuck in traffic! The crew member will also be able to see the vehicle moving towards them and can time their approach to the exit accordingly. No more waiting outdoors in nasty weather! The app user will also be able to see the name of the driver, the vehicle number and his cell phone number at the bottom of the map screen. The app user may tap on the phone number to call the driver if needed.The app users may also rate their experience or send a message to Universal Transport Solutions.Features of this app: Based on GPS/GPRS location services, the app identifies the vehicle location on a map. The user can calculate the estimated time of arrival of their ride. They user has the option to call the driver directly from the app. Once the trip ends, the user may rate the service on the app and send a comment.
