Unreal Remote 2 is a free iPhone application designed to facilitate testing of Unreal Engine 4 projects directly from an iOS device. This application enables users to control and view their projects running on a development computer using touch and motion controls, enhancing the workflow for developers. Key features include compatibility with the 'Virtual Camera' plugin for Unreal Engine 4.20 and above, which allows for added functionality in projects, making it a versatile tool for game development.

To utilize Unreal Remote 2, users must enable the 'Remote Session' plugin in Unreal Editor and ensure that both the development computer and iOS device are on the same network. By connecting via the app using the computer's IP address, developers can see a live preview of their project on their mobile device, with touch inputs recognized as normal interactions. This application streamlines the process of testing and refining gameplay and input features in Unreal Engine 4.
