Hold down the large gray button to reveal your daily affirmation and effectively use the app by repeating the statement out loud. Saying the affirmation in front of a mirror is even better. Tap the bottom left icon for options on sharing, saving or skipping the affirmation. You can SHARE, SAVE, or VIEW the affirmation. When viewing your list of Favorite affirmations you can swipe left to delete an affirmation. Tapping on a specific affirmation will let you view the it. Tap on the bottom right icon to set Phone Alerts, Email Reminders, subscribe to All Access, or Give us feedback. To add your own affirmations, bottom left icon to view your favorites, then tap the "+" icon. Any affirmation you add will appear in your favorites list. To record yourself saying an affirmation, tap the top right REC icon and then on the red button to start recording. You can save one recording per favorited affirmation. ALL ACCEss.
