Uniden Marine for Android

The FREE Uniden Marine app provides, when coupled with a Uniden Marine VHF radio with Bluetooth Text Messaging capability, the ability to use text messaging between Uniden and West Marine radios when offshore, out of range of Cellular or Wi-fi coverage.

Just pair your phone to a Uniden (Bluetooth enabled) VHF radio

App uses your radio DSC Individual directory for text messaging contact information

The receiving radio will acknowledge the received text message (when in range)
