With Typle, you can open any application, document, folder or Internet page, by your voice commands. You can speak in any language you like and choose how you want to say the commands. You can also use any kind of microphone. Typle is available in Free and Premium versions. In the Free version, Typle recognizes up to 15 voice of the first user.

In the Premium version, you can record different users and different keywords, and Typle recognizes up to 450 voice commands. Typle uses its own unique speech recognition technology, which allows it to give best performances even on the simplest microphone. Version 2 includes unspecified updates.

Best I've seen so far. With a cheap mic too !! I tried the N C application suggested by another reviewer, but I'll stick with this one.
Cons
None so far. But this is only the free version.
Summary
Since I don't expect the paid version to be worse, I'm getting this one. The free version is excellent.
