None. The cons so far out weigh the pros, I cannot list the pros.
Cons
No custom fields, no text alerts unless you use the clock in/out feature, unwilling to change anything without hours on the phone, they will not make a custom field even when we offered to pay any amount to get what we needed for 30+ employees, the reports half the time doesn't work, does not sync well with quick books, has many issues on both ends, spent thousands and the software just does not cut it.
Summary
I would go on past this one, we have used this 3months and its not worth having, we have invested thousands in this and it has only made our time for 30+ employees worse b/c it will not sync sometimes, you cannot sync daily, you cannot do approvals on the app, you cannot change the things you really need, and the reporting is sub par b/c it does not let you run job reports like any other software we have ever used.

Super easy to use. Tracks all my jobs and then has reporting for time spent on those jobs for job costing and invoicing.
