TrulyMail Portable is a secure messaging system which includes email, voicemail, built-in encryption (no extras required), and advanced message management features including contact tagging, message tagging, and picture resizing. TrulyMail also includes sophisticated ways to track which messages were received by the recipients and which were not. It features enhanced address book, automatic tracking of last sent and last received date for each contact, changing subjects on sent and received messages, ability to read messages aloud to you, and message preview pane.

Great email client

Pros
Can prevent web beacons from tracking you, messages have searchable tags, easy to zoom when reading email, can read email aloud, messages can have user-added notes, plenty of warnings for when you make mistakes (reply to all when you're BCC'd, etc.)
Cons
Spell check could be a little better, no RSS support, no calendar integration
Summary
TrulyMail is a very nice email client. It has features I've not seen anywhere else, it's stable, and it's free.
