Each diagnostic code will give you as much information as possible on the components related to that diagnostic code, along with a list of probable causes so that you can isolate and repair your vehicle. This is the only app you will find that is dedicated towards the commercial trucks industry, and is the most complete library you will find.

For commercial truck diesel engines, every single major manufacturer is covered. This includes CAT, Cummins, Detroit, Mack, Volvo, International, HINO, Isuzu, MBE, PACCAR, Ford, Sprinter, GM, and many more.
