Trigonometry Problem Solver for Windows

The Trigonometry Problem Solver is a user-friendly program for solving various trigonometry problems that you enter. Its capability to show step-by-step solutions with formulas used and explanations to the user's entered problem is what makes this program as useful as a teaching tool. The solutions are modelled after what a student is expected to submit for his or her assignment. The step-by-step solution can be printed or copied and pasted into another document.

The solver can solve any triangle for the sides and/or angle of any triangle. The program uses the Pythagorean formula for solving right triangles. For oblique (acute or obtuse) triangles, The Law of Sines and the Law of Cosines are used. The formula for the sum of the angles is also used. The solver also provides angle conversions between degrees, minutes and seconds and radians. This allows the user to solve triangle problems where the given or required angles are in degrees, minutes, and seconds or in radians.
