Perform a hand-tremor check and measure the involuntary shaking of the hand with the accurate sensors of your iPhone!Characteristic tremors are symptoms in many medical fields and illnesses, e.g. in Parkinson's disease, drug or alcohol withdrawal, hypothermia, multiple sclerosis.The app is specifically designed for medical usage like for neurologists and psychiatrists, doctors, students, or patients performing a self-check. It has an easy to use interface, graphed and classified results and an optimized test procedure.It uses spectrum analysis for all 3 axis of the accelerometer to detect the amplitudes of frequencies between 1 and 15 Hz during a 5 second test interval. The developed algorithm filters all axis for a tremor signal. Therefore, it is very accurate in detecting even slightest tremors of healthy persons. The classified results can be further interpreted with help of the information section.Moreover it has implemented audio notifications at the beginning and ending of a test, a screenshot feature and a name annotation field.
