Does not work with any of the later versions of Opera, and Transmute will not reply to requests for help, and - no surprise - they will not reply to a request for refund. Due to a major change in the way Opera handles bookmarks quite some time back, the Transmute staff must know that they are advertising a product that does not work.
Summary
Product does not work, there is no support and no way to get a refund. It doesn't get any worse than this.
