Timeshare Calculators for iOS

Timeshare Calculators is a presentation tool for timeshare sales representatives.

The sales rep uses the calculators with the customer to enter data and show the results. Each of the three calculators have big numbers, simple screens and clear calculations so that it is easy to explain and show concepts to the customer.

While the app could be used by potential buyers of timeshares, it is really design for sales reps presenting to potential customers.

Timeshare sales reps need an app on their iPhone to show prospective customers the calculations in a simple to read and understand format. The app uses large fonts so it is easy to see and present to customers.

The app is designed to to show potential customers how much they spend on vacation and how much a mortgage would cost.

Enter the data with the customer and quickly see the results.

There are three calculators in the app:

1. Vacation Cost Calculator:

- Enter the number of nights per year the customer vacations

- Enter the cost per night

- Enter the number of years the customer will vacation for

- Enter an inflation rate

Result: Total cost of vacation for those number of years

2. Mortgage Calculator:

- Enter the purchase price

- Enter the down payment (percent or numbers)

- Enter the duration of the mortgage in months

- Enter the interest rate (simple interest)

Result: Loan amount and monthly payment

3. Calculator

- Do any calculation

- Tap the copy button

- Go back to the Mortgage calculator and tap the paste button

This calculator makes it easy to calculate a purchase price and then past the result into the Mortgage calculator. No need to go to a separate calculator app.
