Easyway to track thyroid symptoms, meds & lab results!

Pros
Easy to use -- Tracks all my thyroid symptoms, my med changes, as well as lab values. This tracker makes it easy for my Dr. to see my history at a glance and for me to use it as an easy reference tool.

N/A -- I like everything about this tracker.
Summary
Easy to use -- Ability to e-mail the tracker so my Endocrinologist can see it before my appt and/or telephone time. My Endocrinologist really likes this tracker. It lets me show my Dr. my thyroid symptoms, meds, etc. at my appts instead of spending time verbalizing them and creates history to easily refer back to. You can also add journals to the tracker. Tracker options allow full customization to keep your tracker and journals, etc., totally private or share with others. This tracker has been a wonderful tool for me and my thyroid condition -- I take Synthroid & Vit D on a daily basis, and it lets me easily track these meds, as well as many others with any symtpoms, treatments, etc., and I can see just where my labs are, too at any given time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT for anybody who has a thryoid condition!
