The Wound Care Notebook has been developed to assist healthcare professionals who require information on the vast range of wound care products on the market today. The app has been designed for you to quickly find products categorically, or using the search facility.We have included a wound assessment documentation feature, which allows you to log and track your patients wound progress, including a comprehensive initial assessment, holistic assessment, multiple note sections and the facility to store up to 29 images per patient.There are over 650 wound care products, within each product listing there is detailed information of each wound care product. You will find information on products including product images, a detailed description of it's use as well indications and contraindications. Selected products will also have PIP and NHS codes for products in the relevant sizes.You can use the Formulary to tag relevant products so that you save the need to search for them every time, saving time and allowing you to obtain the information that you need even quicker.
